We partner with the UK's leading charity on childhood brain tumour awareness, HeadSmart and work in conjunction with the Hillingdon Brain Tumuor & Injury Group, to raise greater awareness of the signs & symptoms of brain tumours in both the child & adult brain tumour populations within the London Borough of Hillingdon. 

Using Dannie's story and her family's lived experience of her palliative care, we inform child professionals and members of the community on what we do and empower them to recognise the signs and symptoms of childhood brain tumours; to increase earlier detection, intervention and to reduce diagnosis times. 

#familywellbeingmatters when a child is diagnosed with a brain tumour.  Dannie's story helps us inform child professionals and members of the community of the unseen longer term impact of a childhood brain tumour diagnosis on the family's emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing.
